Medical Plan
If you’re the policyholder and already registered for the member website, use your current log-in information.
If you’ve never registered for our medical member website, you can register for an account by using the member ID on your Aetna® ID card.
Remember, each Medicare-eligible member (policyholder and dependent) needs to register for their own member website account.
On the member website, you can view or print your ID card, access claims, find providers and hospitals that accept your plan, and more.
Prescription Drug Plan
If you’ve registered with the Caremark.com website within the last four years, you may use your current log-in information.
If you’ve never registered with Caremark.com, you can register for an account using the member ID on your prescription drug card with the SilverScript® logo.
Remember, each member (policyholder and dependent) needs to register for their own member website account.
Once on your personal account, you can view and manage prescriptions, check drug prices and more.
