Find a doctor, dentist, hospital or other provider

Some plans require you to choose an in-network provider. Even if your plan doesn’t have this requirement, you may want to see if your chosen doctor, dentist or facility is part of the Aetna network. If you have a PPO plan with ESA, you have the option to choose a primary care physician.
