Hearing aids changed from direct reimbursement to NationsHearing network.
- Hearing aid benefit through NationsHearing® you can get an annual routine hearing exam. And a hearing aid evaluation and fitting for a $0 copay.
- You’ll have a benefit amount (allowance) of $6,000, every 36 months . This amount is used to cover hearing aids at the time of purchase.
- To get started, call 1-877-225-0137 (TTY: 711) or visit Aetna.NationsBenefits.com/Hearing. Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM local time, excluding federal holidays.
- Important: You must go through NationsHearing who will coordinate care.
