This is a reimbursement benefit towards the cost of hearing aids.
You’ll have a benefit amount (allowance) of $2,000, every 36 months. This amount is used to cover hearing aids at the time of purchase.

You may seek reimbursement for any licensed hearing services provided in the U.S. To do so need to pay the provider for the services and submit an itemized billing statement as proof of payment. Please ensure that all documentation is submitted within 365 days for the state of service to be eligible for reimbursement. If your request is approved, it may take up to 45 days for you to receive payment. If your submission is incomplete. Such as missing itemized services or information, you will be notified by mail and will need to provide the missing details, which could delay the process.
