What to Expect After You Enroll

Welcome!

When you join our plan, we'll confirm that you are enrolled, or if we need more information to complete your application.

Once you're enrolled, you'll receive:

  • A letter stating that you’re a member in our plan
  • Your Aetna member ID card (usually within 14 days)
  • A complete description of your coverage
  • An Owner’s Manual with helpful tools, cost-saving resources and important tips. Think of it as your quick guide to getting the most out of your plan.
