Welcome!  If you're new to Aetna Medicare or recently changed plans, we can help you learn about your benefits and how to use your plan.

Learn more about your Medicare health benefits and how to get the most out of your plan. Our member meetings take place throughout the year. Be sure to check back regularly to find a meeting near you.


  • Annual enrollment meetings (October through November)
  • Member educational meetings (February through April)

  • Member appreciation events (May through August)

But you don’t have to wait for a meeting to get your questions answered. Just call the number on your ID card or you can also reach us at: 1-844-880-1707 (TTY: 711). We’re here Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Check out your plan materials

Once you're enrolled, we'll send you:


  • A letter stating that you’re a member in our plan
  • Your Aetna member ID card (usually within 14 days)
  • A complete description of your coverage (Evidence of Coverage)
  • A list of prescription drugs covered by your plan, if included (Formulary)
  • Billing information (learn about online bill pay

Aetna Medicare is a HMO, PPO plan with a Medicare contract. Our SNPs also have contracts with State Medicaid programs. Enrollment in our plans depends on contract renewal.

Members who get “Extra Help” are not required to fill prescriptions at preferred network pharmacies in order to get Low Income Subsidy (LIS) copays.
