Medicare plan options built for your health needs and budget

Medicare Advantage

Medicare Advantage plans are offered by Medicare-approved private insurance companies like Aetna. They are also referred to as “Part C.” You get all the benefits and services Original Medicare provides, plus benefits and services not covered by Original Medicare. Our Medicare Advantage plans come with a fitness benefit and can also include dental, vision, hearing care and prescription drug coverage.* We also have plans featuring affordable plan premiums — sometimes as low as $0.*

*FOR PLAN BENEFITS: Note that not all benefits are available in all plans. View plans in your area.

Prescription drug plans

These plans are available for you to purchase as stand-alone coverage. They are referred to as Part D. Aetna Medicare offers you three plans to help fit your needs. These plans range from our lowest premium plans to our more comprehensive plans.
