If there's one tool to start using right way, it's your secure member website. That's because this website puts all your plan information, health resources and online tools in one place. You can:

- Manage your prescription cost
- See details about your plan and review your claims
- Have real-time access to your Explanation of Benefits (EOB)

You can even print a temporary Aetna ID card. That's a big help when you're in a hurry to get to your doctor. Register today. And don't forget to save the page as one of your favorites. You'll want to use it often!

Aetna Medicare is a PDP, HMO, PPO plan with a Medicare contract. Our SNPs also have contracts with State Medicaid programs. Enrollment in our plans depends on contract renewal.

Members who get “Extra Help” are not required to fill prescriptions at preferred network pharmacies in order to get Low Income Subsidy (LIS) copays.

For mail-order, you can get prescription drugs shipped to your home through the network mail-order delivery program. Typically, mail-order drugs arrive within 7 to 14 days. Please call the number on your ID card if you don't receive your mail-order drugs within this timeframe. Members may have the option to sign-up for automated mail-order delivery.

Aetna Medicare’s pharmacy network offers limited access to pharmacies with preferred cost sharing in: Urban Mississippi, Urban Virginia, Rural Missouri, Rural Arkansas, Rural Oklahoma, Rural Kansas, Rural Iowa, Rural Minnesota, Rural Montana, Rural Nebraska, Rural North Dakota, Rural South Dakota, Rural Wyoming. The lower costs advertised in our plan materials for these pharmacies may not be available at the pharmacy you use.
