If you prefer the convenience of having your prescriptions delivered securely by mail to your home or location of your choice, you may order your prescriptions from the CVS Caremark® Mail Service Pharmacy using the Mail Service Order Form found on the "Documents" tab.
- You can receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) online!
Save time, stay organized and reduce clutter by getting your EOB online instead by mail. The paperless online EOB is safe and secure and provides the same information in the same format as the paper EOB that you receive in the mail. You will be notified by email when you have a new EOB to view. To get started, visit Caremark.com to register. You can opt in or opt out of paperless online EOBs at any time.
