Having a PCP has its benefits
It’s always a good idea to have a Primary Care Physician (PCP). In some plans, you’re required to have the name of your PCP on file with us. It’s always a good idea to have a Primary Care Physician (PCP). Your Armstrong Flooring Medicare Advantage PPO Plan doesn't required you to select a PCP.
By choosing a PCP, you'll have:
- One doctor directing your care
- A doctor that has a deeper understanding of your health care needs
- Better coordinated care with specialists
Let us know your choice of PCP
While not required, letting us know your choice of PCP allows us to coordinate your care. You can select or change your PCP by calling us at number days hours.
