Aetna Natural Products and Services^SM discount program

• Save on natural health care products and services that aren't usually covered by your health plan, including online consultations.
• Products and services are provided through the ChooseHealthy^® program² and Vital Health Network (VHN).
• ChooseHealthy allows you to find natural therapy providers, order health-related products, and review other health information.
• VHN gives you access to network doctors ready to answer your questions online and suggest alternative remedies for many conditions.
• You must have a valid Aetna ID card to receive the discounts from participating natural therapy professionals.
• Natural therapy professionals are located in all 50 states plus Washington, D.C.

Aetna Weight Management^SM discount program
