Aetna Medicare Motivational Coaching Benefit  

You can have a healthier outlook on life with access to a personal health coach. Our Aetna Medicare Motivational Coaching Benefit gives you access to professionals and advice to help you stop smoking, lose weight and feel better about yourself. Check your Aetna Medicare plan benefits to see if the Motivational Coaching Benefit is included. The program offers Aetna Medicare Advantage plan members:

• One-on-one telephone coaching for up to 30 minutes a week, for one year
• Internet access to self-help materials  

The Aetna Medicare Motivational Coaching benefit is provided by Healthyroads and is available with some Aetna Medicare Advantage HMO and PPO plans for individuals in 2010. Aetna Medicare Advantage individual members can call Aetna Member Services for more information. For retiree members who receive Aetna Medicare Advantage benefits from former employers, please check your plan for coaching benefit information
