Fitness Benefits* 

Available with some Aetna Medicare Advantage plans in select service areas. Visit Healthways to learn more and find fitness centers in your area. 

You will enjoy extra benefits such as coverage for a free membership at a participating fitness center in the Aetna fitness program, plus: 

• Your choice of alternative exercise programs, such as yoga, tai chi and Pilates when offered at no cost from the fitness center
• Discounts on exercise and movement specialists, nutritional counselors and dieticians 
• Discounts on some health and fitness magazines
• SeniorPHIT (Personal Health Improvement Training) - an online health and wellness program that helps people 60 and over to get in shape, eat right and live well 

Want to work out at home? The @Home Pak, which contains resistance bands, an exercise ball, pedometer and instructional DVD, may also be available.
