Call the Aetna Customer Service number on the back of your Aetna Medicare id card to find out if you're eligible. If eligible, you can visit Healthways to learn more and find fitness centers in your area.
With some Aetna Medicare Advantage plans, you can enjoy extra benefits such as coverage for a free membership at a participating fitness center in the Aetna fitness program, plus:

Want to work out at home? The @Home Pak, which contains resistance bands, an exercise ball, pedometer and instructional DVD, may also be available. To request an @Home Pak, call Healthways customer service at 1-877-243-3004.
