If you have Original Medicare, you can get coverage in addition to Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B that is provided by private companies like Aetna. This is called a Medicare Supplement plan. It helps you pay for some of the health care costs not covered by Original Medicare (Parts A and B), including deductibles and coinsurance payments. This type of coverage enables you to visit the doctors and hospitals of your choice.

The following plans are available to disabled Medicare recipients under the age of 65: Plan A in MD and TX; Plans A and C in MI; Plans A and F in NC, Plans A, B, F and N in CA; Plans A, B and F in NY; all plans offered by Aetna in CO, GA, IL and PA.

- do not provide incomplete or false information on your application
- continue to pay your plan premium, which may change based on age or other criteria
